We deliver Australia wide. Freight is calculated at checkout from your delivery state and order value, so you always see the real cost before you pay.

Dispatch times
- In-stock items are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
- Metro deliveries typically arrive in 2–5 business days; regional and remote areas 5–10 business days.
- Panels, batteries and other oversized freight are delivered by a pallet carrier and require someone on site to receive them.
Receiving your delivery
- Inspect all cartons before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork.
- Report damage or shortages to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
- Deliveries are kerbside unless you have arranged otherwise — the driver is not required to carry goods inside.
Installation
Where a product requires installation you can add accredited installation at checkout. We contact you after your order to book a date that suits.
